My primary goal, whether working with a buyer or seller, is to provide each with the best service possible and to share his expertise and knowledge to put together a deal that will be most beneficial for each person's individual situation.

 

I have been one of the agents in Montgomery County, specializing in selling homes all over the greater Washington area. I'm covering the whole spectrum from new homes and resale, lots, first-time buyers, move-up purchasers, local and relocation purchasers as well as single family, condo or townhouse purchasers, VA and FHA Homes. No sale is too small or big for me to handle!

 

I moved  to the Washington area, having lived in Varna, Bulgaria, with my wife, prior to moving here in 2001. My Wife is an Underwriter for NIH Federal Credit Union. With a daughter and a son, my family can’t be happier and stronger then now.

 

For the past years, I have been studying the real estate market. I especially enjoyed my association with Jobin Realty in the Gaithersburg Office. I will use the latest in computer technology, seek out special training programs to upgrade my educational level and maintain my skills in an ever-changing market.

Function and Scope: 

I will provide excellence in market evaluations, counseling on home pricing, as well as a negotiating and closing transactions on behalf of my clients.

 

I will provide skilled assistance in locating homes for my buying clients, write offers to purchase, arrange financing and make certain that all aspects of a home purchase are handled with the highest degree of integrity.

 

I will strive to seek out investment opportunities for my investment clients and will assist them in evaluating the potential risks.
